I am looking for new phones and was wondering if the lg chocolate touch, samsung glyde, or lg env 3 need data plans because i do not want a data package.
Those are all feature phones and do not require a data package. The Chocolate Touch and enV3 used to require a data package, because they were classified as 3G Multimedia phones, but it seems like people have not had trouble activating them without a package recently.
