This is my third phone in a month,,,, I have been lied to, support and customer service sucks.... My first two phones were iPhones... they were in German and no one new how to change it. I got a second one.. it did the same... When I called customer service in the beginning of this mess.... she told me that in order to sign for another 2 years... I had to buy 2 phones... I have a family plan.... it was a lie...she got fired.
Now I am stuck with another damn phone that no one can figure out... I am returning this one too. My cable company can't help me and either can Verizon..... I want to pull my hair out.. in the very least!!
