Just bought a verizon ringtone and it won't play...

I just bought a ringtone at the verizon media store online. I purchased it and received the text message with the attached sound but the ringtone won't play. I tried saving it just like the directions said but it won't play as a ringtone or as a sound...like it's not even there. Any suggestions?

I am using a motorola moto Z6c world edition

Hello,

Go into your my verizon account. Go to my usage, and media center and resend it to your self. See if you get a better coppy sent to you.

and make sure your phone is NOT on vibrate! Make sure it's on a setting other than vibrate or silent.

Dani explain that one more for me? Are you talking about when they recieve it? or just when they play. Understand about the play but if the received why?

On some of my phones if it was on vibrate or silent it won't play the tone when you receive/open the message.

Volume is on so that's not it but thank you. I went to my usage and media center like you suggested but am somewhat confused as to what I should do from there...my account says that I purchased it and says that I received the text with the attached ringtone so wouldn't I just get charged again if I tried to buy it again? I bought a ringtone via VZW Tones Deluxe right on my phone and it works fine...
