does verizon keep records of customer service calls?

I talked to a rep who said He would send me a new phone because my phone was less than 2 wks old.Android o.s. problems. there were 2 days left on warranty.I didnt get phone now they say no record of me talking to anyone and warranty expired yesterday is there anything I can do?
