i understand another OTA update came out about 3 weeks ago (5.9.901)

The Droid Bionic did receive an update that was made available to users as of 12/9. This update provided several enhancements to the device's functionality. For more information on such enhancements, please visit the link below.

It seems that the5.9.901 update was just a testing build, and was mistakenly released to some of the public.
However the good news is that another tester build 5.9.902 was released to the testers on 1/17/2012.

The main issue i'm having is with the known 3G/4G Data Connectivity, hopefully this update will go a long way to solve it
