LG Enlighten. I tried to get to a voice mail and a box comes up saying..........Mobile Network not available.  This is the first I've gotten that box and have checked voicemails before. What did I push or touch now!??!  LOL

I would love to assist with your voicemail difficulties. Does this happen every time you attempt to access your voicemail? Please advise how you’re accessing your voicemail? From your speed dials, dialing *86, or by calling your mobile number?  If you haven’t already please power cycle your device and retest. Are you able to make/receive calls? What zip code are you located in?

If you’re accessing your voicemail by your speed dials or by dialing *86 I recommend you try accessing it by dialing your 10 digit mobile number directly from your handset. Let us know if this issue continues. Have a great evening.
