Kinquana, thanks for responding on this post. I agree the Charge is a nice phone. Now, would you please see this thread regarding the dropped calls all of us are having (call goes silent, nether party can hear, but call timer continues). There are now 70 posts on this thread from frustrated Charge users who can't use their phone. Seems VZ techs are totally silent on threads where people are having problems. 70 posts in a few days and no responses.
