Can someone show me how to view my photos and videos from my micro sd card. I have Verizon Samsung SCH-U820_DK17_Co. It can read my sd card but can't see any photos or videos. What formats do they need to be? Thanks!
Hello evanbn. I can help you with figuring out how to view your pics and music. Have you attempted to connect your device to your PC and view the files? Were you ever able to view your pics and music on your phone using your SD Card?
If you are unable able to view the files on your PC or your phone the SD Card could be corrupted or the files could have been erased. Do you recall re-formatting the SD Card? This erases all saved data. I hope this information helps!
