Broke my Kin One...now what?

Question

The Kin One (besides having lot's of other problems) is the only phone I've ever broken before my 2 years is up. Somehow the screen cracked rendering the phone all but useless. I don't want to spend any money on a new phone so I guess my only option is to revert to one of my older phones... Do you think Verizon would help me out/repair the Kin? Or is this s﻿tupid thing only good for the garabge??

Do you think Verizon would help me out/repair the Kin?Is it less than a year old (within the warranty period?)  Do you have insurance on the Kin?  Verizon (or Asurion, if you have insurance) can replace it if either of these is the case.  Or is this s﻿tupid thing only good for the garabge??

Activating a working, older phone in place of the Kin is one option you have; you can also search eBay, friends, other private parties for a working phone to activate until your upgrade eligibility kicks in  at 20 months.  Good luck....
