Everytime I place a phone call and I need to go to speaker I select the speaker icon and the person on the other end of the call cannot hear me. I have made test calls with friends and muted and un-muted and went to speaker and back to the ear piece. People can hear me in a normal call mode but the second I choose speaker phone they cant here anything at all. I can select the speaker phone icon again and go back to the traditional call method and the people I am talking to hear me again. In my phone the speaker icon works the same as mute but the mute icon doesn't show to be on during this period of silence. This has been a problem for a couple of months now but wasn't a problem in the beginning. What am I doing wrong? I do use an app called Volume Control + and I am wondering if it has interferred with my phone? I have had this app since the first week of owning this phone so installing this app didn't start the problem. Can anyone help me?
