4G LTE connection keeps disappearing?

Hi, I just got a stratosphere phone about two weeks ago, and at some point the mobile network disappeared. All I see is bars instead of 4G or 3G icon on top. I called the customer service and they told me to reset the phone, and after that it worked for about an hour and then 3G changed to 1x, and then all I see is bars again. This is really frustrating, how do i get my mobile network back? I was excited about finally getting a smart phone, but this is useless without mobile network. Can somebody help me?

I have the same problem with my phone. sometimes it shows up and sometimes it doesn't. It's very

frustrating paying for the data and not being able to get into the network area really sucks

if i could i would give the phone back had it for almost 2 months and i'm disgusted. I also can't receive text messages with

pictures that just started happenind do you have that problem also
