No offense intended but I have zero interest in VCast. I am being prompted on a daily basis to upgrade my VCast apps to their newest version. I will not update these apps. How can I stop being prompted to upgrade VCast apps?
There is no way to turn off update notifications for individual apps. You can turn on or off notifications for all your apps as a whole, but not individually.
