Bionic phone only mode

I am a Blackberry user converting to a Droid Bionic.I only have the phone at this point, no accessories. I like the phone and have been playing with it but it is much more complex than the Blackberry for a boring corporate type like me.

I would like to put the Bionic in a "Phone only" mode at night so that it only makes sounds when there is an incoming phone call - no other sounds from incoming emails, notifications, etc.  It would be nice if it was a one-button or one-touch function, too. I've tried googling and have found some responses in the Droid X sections but not enough detail for me to figure out how to do this on the Droid Bionic.

Can someone provide a step-by-step on the Bionic to do this?

The easiest way to do this is to turn off mobile data (and make sure WiFi isn't on).  I find the most useful tool for these sort of quick setting changes to be the power control widget (comes standard on Android phones).  To add, long press any open area of the screen (keep in mind that it is a full row, so make sure you have that much space available), select add, widget, then scroll down to power control (the Bionic may have other options too, but the power control is the one I know of) and it will be added to your homescreen.  There are also widgets in the market that will do the same thing, or just change one setting if you don't have room to add all of them, or just want one that fits your theme a little better.
