RAZR and Netflix Do not mix

Help!! I started using the Netflix App and it was working so well. All of the sudden it stop working. I can get to the site but when I go to play a movie. I get an error that could not reach the web service. I uninstalled the app. call Netflix and still can not get it to play movies.

i get that when webtop is enabled only otherwise it's fine

USING THE PREMIUM DOCK or a lapdock

I'm having the same issue with my Razr and it's not docked. I've tried reinstalling and over wifi and 4G. I also know someone with a Bionic having the same prob.

Could it be a setting on the phone causing the issue?

I think there is nationwide 4g, and maybe some other data outages... That could be it....

No it not the 4G network for it does not work on Wi-Fi either.

As I posted eariler mine was not working either. I reset my phone back to factory settings erased my media storage area but not my SD card and it is now working (after updating the app again). I no longer have the Netflix app set to auto-update either as I think that's what caused the problem is that I may have been using the app during the update. I spoke with Netflix and a recent update had gone out the day when mine stopped working.
