Downloaded driver and rhapsody but phone still doesn't sync?

I have an env touch and from my understanding all i have to do is download the driver and the rhapsody program. i did that, the usb works but the phone does not show up on the computer as a device nor in rhapsody. is there something that I missed? All I plan on doing is taking existing music and pictures from my pc to put on the microsd card in the phone. Do I have to pay just to sync music that I already have on my pc? btw is rhapsody / cardreader the only way to get pics on the phone? thanks

I don't have access to the info. But I know you can call cusotmer care and they can send you astep by step to make sure all setup right.

I have the EnV3 and was having the same problems. I finally called customer support and as simple as this was he suggested I try a different USB port and it worked. Not sure if this will help for you, but hope it does. Good luck.

same problem but w the enV3. i tried switching the usb thing, no change.

i don't have an SD card, do i need this for it to work properly?

i really don't have the patience for customer service, i just want an answer...
