Not connecting to Exchange email
I am hoping someone can help me because I am not getting any help through Verizon or my IT dept. I am trying to set up my outlook email and continue to received the following error messages: Error: Failed to connect to the exchange server. Please check exchange server settings. Cannot connect to the mail server to verify your account information. Your server is not responding. I am coming from a BB Curve and there was no problem accessing my email. My IT department has given me all of the details needed, but it is still not working. Verizon has said they have helped me as much as they can. I do not have the corp data package and don't think I need it. I just want to be able to send and receive emails, not work on ppt and spreadsheets. I downloaded K-9 Mail and had some success. I was able to receive emails, but not send. I am really liking my phone, but may have to go back to a BB. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!
