I still can't get into my verizon

I need to get my 5 land lines, but now my account locked me out... I haven't ever set one up. When I go to register, it says my phone is registered. When I put in my billing addy and soc it says they are incorrect??? I can't find a password. It is strange that before I was a verizon custy, there was always someone on chat to help, now, never avail. Someone please help. I haven't had to worry about minutes for almost 10 years and now I am limited.

Landlines are handled on the residential side not here. Here is the link to their side http://forums.verizon.com/

If you are talking about the wireless side, have you requested the password be sent to you?? There is an option to retrieve the username and password.

After x amount of attempts the account is locked and you may need to call to get it unlocked

thanks, I found a place to send an email... This is a mobile, but the dude REALLY wanted me to try this crap 900 minute plan to landlines for the 1st month... I didn't want to at alll... I really wish I hadn't.. Now, I have to do a 90 minute conference call in the morning like every wednesday to a 800 number that is gonna blow a ton of minutes because he said "i can just go home and set it my verizon and add the number"

Ahhhhhhhhhhh you got the Home Connect. If you have a large enough wireless plan, you could place the 800 number in as a F&F. And if the number changes like they do for conference calls, you could enter it the night before and then remove it after the call
