My Verizon From Razr

I have attempted many times to connect to My Verizon Data from my Droid Razr while on WiFi. Each time it I put in my profile information and then it attempts to communicate with the server. Then I get a message that Connection to Server could not be established. Then it goes on about making sure device connection is enabled and you have good reception. Anybody else have this problem?

I had this same problem. Could surf the web just fine, but not use My Verizon Data. Solved by going to Menu>Settings>Data Manager and checking Data Enabled - which, for some reason, had become unchecked.

Question? are u wifi from home unit with security or just from public domain? b/c info u want is considered security sensitive; and there may be a wifi setting not properly set on phone yet. Why using wifi for my verizon data? and should have app already on phone, sending u info sporadically on your data usage?

Absolutely fixes it for me. I should have realized that WiFi was not going to allow me to see MyVerizon Data. In answer to StevGnex, I can see the data box, but it is so small and I want to see all the data.

Glad it fixed it for you. Btw, you will be able to use the My Verizon app over wifi - I don't know why that got unchecked on mine (and apparently yours too) but once I checked it I could use the app on wifi without problems.
