Droid X and Cadillac SRX

I am having trouble with Bluetooth commands in my Cadillac SRX. I used to have a Ford and used Sync and it worked well. Now every time I ask it to dial a contact, it says goodbye and hangs up on me. Is there an app that I need to download to work with Cadillac? I looked in the Droid X and Cadillac manuals and there is no help at all.

If the features works fine with the Ford but not the Cadilac then there may be a support issue with radio, try checking the bluetooth option on device for radio and make sure hands free is selected for the device also try Vlingo from market as default voice app because I have seen some issues with the stock voice app with some bluetooths.
