Sometimes if you go to Motorola website it has a sign up option if they are accepting any users for test build and sometimes if you have a profile on the site the would send it our ro random ussers..

Also, the soak tests generally don't last very long, a few days, before the release is pushed to everyone, so unless you are really interested in testing it (as compared to getting it early), there isn't a whole lot of advantage.
