droid3 backup assistant
I got bogo droid 3 and have been unable to import contacts with backup assistant. I talked to tech support and have the right password, have taken battery out, and still can't sync. It tells me the network is unavailable to call *611. I noticed it's not under apps but it is under accounts. I tried to delete the account by touch & hold but it won't let me. I can't clear the cashe or info either. Do I need to do a reset of some type? Will I loose all my settings?
