4G in Phoenix, AZ

Verizon, you have only decent coverage here in Phoenix, AZ. Although very fast it is pretty limited. As soon as you start getting out on the west valley are IE Avondale, Goodyear, Surprise, 4G is spotty at best. 

 

Are there plans to build another tower in the West Valley to cover those of us living in this area? I am looking for a definite answer, not just "we are constantly expanding" or anything else along those lines.
