When I enter the "Verify Code" before sending a txt from my PC the VZ website doesn't regognize it as "Correct" ?? I checked caps locked, spaces, upper/lower case etc. HELP!
The verify code can be kind of tricky. Unfortunately there is not a way to get around that verify code. It is a pretty cut and dry step that we can’t trouble shoot around. Have tried duplicating this issue on another computer? Hope this helps. Thanks.
