Suspend Service indefinitely

I am a customer who is currently Grandfathered in with unlimited data for 29,99 on a 4G LTE device. However, I am also a cash-straped student and 95.33 a month for my bill is a lot and I am about 3 months away from my contract expiring.

 

My question is: I am considering switching from VZW to T-Mo to save money and wanted to know if I will be able to suspend service until I can get a job to help pay for my bill?

You can suspend without paying for up to 3 months. But the contract is placed on hold for the time you have the line suspended. So if you come back two months from today, you still have three months left on the contract to fulfill
