Prepaid Media Center

I have prepaid service with samsung u340 prepaid phone. Recently they added the ability for wallpapers to be purchased & sent as msgs to prepaid, but still cannot do the same for ringtones. Does anyone know if they will be adding that ability for this type of phone?

Not aware but not my loop of service. WOuld be wise for them to do that for more money.
