Samsung Charge Camera Issues

I used to be able to take one picture after another, now I take a picture and takes the screen to preview the pic and it gets stuck there. Then I need to hit the back button and then sometimes I get back to the camera, other times I get signed out of the camera.

I went through the setting and could not see any issues?

Any ideas?

I understand the importance of using the camera on your device. I would like to provide you with some troubleshooting steps for this device and the camera.

Please perform the following steps:

Access the camera, open the left side bar menu.

Select the Settings icon, then locate and select the Tools icon in the following pop-up menu.

Press the Reset button on the second page of Tools.

Turn off the automatic screen preview. It slows the entire picture taking process up. I

I have it turned off in my real "super duper" camera that is only a camera and not a phone. It's really not needed especially if you were ever in a situation where you wanted to take 3 or 4 quick pictures in a row. Also, once you take a picture there is a tiny thumbnail in the lower right corner of the screen. Just touch that and you can see the picture you just took.

Another thread on this forum commented that they thought the automatic screen preview after taking a picture was locking up their screen and/or camera.
