I am getting this error message The application Music (processcom.htc.music) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. I have rebooted, erased the cache and it's still happening. Any thoughts-I WANT MY RINGTONES BACK!!
Thanks-I had to return to factory settings and reload everything.
Does ir do the error at startup or when playing files? Maybe have some bad files have you tried removing card and see if error appears or copy data off card and format it..
