A data outage due to another phone added to the network??? VZW didn't plan for load balancing to handle the additional volume? Yeah ok... I find this shocking. They launch new phones all the time. I think it's a VZW signal issue because it's rampant across all brands of phones. They just don't want to admit to their "stuff stinking". It's VZW's practice to always blame the phone, the consumer or third-party apps. It's NEVER VZW that's the problem. NEVER!!! LOL!!
