How do you transfer photos from Droid Incredible to Laptop? I have hooked up my phone to my laptop via the USB cable and I cannot find my pictures at all.
they are there, somewhere. do you have a folder called "dcim"? also, do you save your pics to the internal memory or to the sd card? see this thread to see if it helps:

fyi....i'm assuming you have the original HTC Incredible (not the Incredible 2)

Did you pull down the staus bar at top and select SD Card / Mass Storage
