not getting 4g lte

my droid razr doesn't get 4g lte anymore ever since coming back from abroad.

Also, it keeps losing signals..

I tried taking out the sim card and turning off the phone, but it doesnt work.

did anyone have a similar problem?

I emailed the customer service twice already, but they never replied to me.

If you're saying you don't get 4g lte ever anymore, and you've tried rebooting it, the I would suggest you call VZW and not wait on an email. But be advised they will probably tell you to do a hard reset of the phone so you might want to back up your data and try that first.

Make sure the device is not set to 3G only

And welcome back to the states! Hope you had a great trip.

I would like to assist with getting your 4G back on your DROID RAZR, but first I would like to thank the other Community members for the great feedback & suggestions!

First, ensure WiFi is "Off", then ensure Data and Data Roaming are both "Enabled". Lastly, ensure Network Modeis set to CDMA/LTE. Also ensure you're in a Verizon Wireless 4G coverage area when performing these steps. This should allow you to get back on the 4G network.
