ok not sure if anyone can help here but my phone just went completely dead, no power when i plug it in the battery symbol comes up with a question mark then goes completely out, doesnt appear to be charging or nothing...anyone else experience this? by the way phone is just over a month old

That usually means a bad battery, double check that it is plugged in properly, maybe pull it out and let it sit for 1/2 hour or so, and try again. If you have the same result, I would suggest calling tech support and try to get a new battery.

I'm sure the fact that your phone is not powering on is upsetting you. I would feel the same way! I would like to assist you with some troubleshooting steps, to see if we can correct this isue together.

First, please pull the battery from the back of the phone and leave it out for about 60 seconds. Then, re-attach the battery and see if it will power on.
