Have had the new stratosphere for 3 days now, besides learning curve on a new phone all is well except that some of my text messages are not being sent. They show there sent on my end but never received on there end!!!! Kinda frustrating!!! HEPL!!

Oh No! I hate to hear your having issues with your text messaging. I know how important sending and receiving messages can be. Let's get this fixed immediately.
Are several people not receiving your messages or is it one individual? Please remove the battery and then reinsert. Are you using a third party text message application? Please check the number in your contacts and make sure it's a 10 digit number (xxx)xxx-xxxx. Please delete all old text messages and retest.

Also if Joe L suggestion doesn't work have you considered this could also be the other users network issue, the messages has to communicate to both to complete transaction.... Check with the user and verify it isn't happening with others as well to the same user.
Have a new symbol showing up on my text mails...it looks like a small envelope with a small lower case letter i......what does it mean???????
I am sooo frustrated!!! I have received a new phone and the same thing is happening!! people are not receiving my texts, they are receiving half of a text or they are receiving them in chinese!!!!!!!! What is a third party app? Do I have something set wrong on my phone? I don' tknow what to do...HELP!!!
Hello tessalu. I can help with your text messaging! May I ask do you have a signature or any special characters in your message? If so then please remove and retest. Also, if you use any smily faces or animated icons then this could be a reason for the issue also. Please continue to keep us updated so we can further assist.

Same here re: text msgs and voicemail msgs not coming through from other people. They use AT&T and Sprint, so I doubt it's a problem with the OTHER carriers - this became noticeable to me about a month or more ago, but it could have been longer. I'm a consultant, and I can't be missing calls and texts from my clients. Using Motorola RAZR. Same thing.
