Hi. I have problems with my Samsung cell phone. When my phone ring I can hear it, but when I want to reply or want talk with people, I can't hear nothing, absolutely nothing. What I need ti do??? PLEASE, can somebody help me?
Could your in-call volume be down all the way? Adjust the volume during a call and see if that helps.
Thanks to the community for responding. I would suggest following Ann154's instructions. Have you tried resetting the phone? Do you have any problem when you call out? Do you have any other issues with the phone?^SP
