SAMSUNG STRATOSPHERE: CAN'T ACCESS MY EMAIL FROM MY HOME COMPUTER ANY LONGER SINCE SETTING UP MY EMAIL ACCOUNT IN MY DROID.

I purchased a Samsung Stratophere a week ago.  I really like this phone for the most part. I have taken lots of time to get used to it's features and to learn as quickly as I could.

Last Thursday I finally called Verizon for assistance with connecting my home computer email to my new Droid phone. Ever since I did that, I can't get on my home computer email any longer. I called Verizon and my email carrier (Charter) and they both said they have no idea what to do.

When I try to log into my email at home it states that "account is locked up by another session". I feel Verizon should know how to help me to be able to receive my emails on my home computer.

Please help me with this problem. I googled this problem and others are having the same  problem. Come on Verizon.........it's your job to help people out with this problem.

Hmmm.  They have a problem with their Mail. Simply put that if you can't access your mail at two different locations that their servers are not closing connections like it should.
