Bionic warranty replacement...data problem is back?!?!?!

Well I finally got my warranty replacement bionic, due to not receiving all my text messages. The texting seems fine so far...it's only been two days...but...much to my dismay, the data problem is back BIG TIME! I checked the system version and it claim's to be the lates 5.9.902.xt875.verzon.en.us...but...something is not right. The data on my previous Bionic was finally fixed with the 5.9.902 update, but this one is having major problems with just two days of use..

Any one still having data issues with a bionic? I guess I'll give it a couple of days and see if it corrects itself...if not, looks like I'll be calling verizon about this horrid phone yet again.

same problem here. I only had my phone for a day before It was updated. and I lose 3G more than I actually have it. The only way I can get onto the internet is by finding a wifi connection somewhere. Although within the past hour (3/19/12 @ 9:28 AM) I have seem to keep connection with 3G which is long compared to previous connections
