Help! My screen shrinks and gets too small to read. How can I manage this?

I had this same problem with another Samsung cell phone.

need some more input on what app you are using, etc...

if web browsing, simply place two fingers together on the phone, then spread your fingers out.  this creates a "zoom in".  to zoom out, pinch your fingers back in.
