No volume at all

I've had my phone for over a year and in the last month my phone has lost volume 3 times. Usually it's during in the night which causes me not to be able to hear my alarm. The only way I can get the volume back is to reboot my phone. Is anyone else having this problem? I can't upgrade my phone for another 3 months. :smileysad:

Matrixie, I use my phone for an alarm as well so I understand how important the volume is for this feature. Do you notice if this issue started after installing any new applications? Do you remember using any different tasks or apps before going to bed on the days the volume stopped working? Try also rebooting the phone on a regular basis.



If you continue having issues with the volume and regular reboots do not resolve, then I suggest completing a factory reset. This will reset your phone to the default settings and erase all data that is not on the SD card. http://bit.ly/vWYcLK
