Samsung Stratosphere is the worst phone ever!!! So slow!!!

I cant even call out anymore...Im so upset witht his phone and i cant do anything about it because i have had it for 5 months now.... when i hit the call button, it just goes back to the home screen and then about 10 minutes later, it will start calling again...It is soooooooo slow, i cant even use any of the extras a smartphone has..I cant play games, i can hardly text..Its terrible , i cant wait until my contract is up but i just dont know what to do for the next 18 months...I dont have the money to just buy a new phone....I think they do this on purpose..The phone works for just enough time to get you sucked into your contract and then goes bad...Im just so upset and its not just myphone, my husbands just resets at random times...even when hes in the middle of a call.. I htought technology is supposed to be better and give you less headache but it just seems worse!!!!!

Did the phone work OK for a few months, and then start having these problems? If so, it's possible that some app you installed is the culprit. Can you pinpoint what you might have installed about the time when the problems began? If so, try uninstalling it and see if things get better.

What have you done about your phone issues besides b_ _ _ _h? Have you called VZW customer support? Have you tried doing a factory reset? As Dave-in-Decatur suggests, have you checked to see if an app or apps you've installed could be causing your problems? Dave and and I have had our Strats for sometime and haven't experienced the trouble you have. My email client stopped working because I had downloaded an app killer.
