This is my wife's phone.When she calls a contact she can't hear the phone ring now all of a sudden.What did she turn off or is there a problem with her phone?When receiving a call her phone rings fine.

I can understand this concern being a bit strange for you. Does this happen only when she calls a contact or even if she dials a random number that is not in her contact list? When your wife makes a call is it silent and then she hears the caller suddenly or what exactly happens? Have you removed the battery while the phone was on and tested again once powered up? If not, please do so. If unsuccessful remove the sim and test again once inserted. Please let me know your results and the above information as well. Thank you.

for right now it is working ok.What it was doing was any number she called there was no ring,just silence and then the called person would say hello and the conversations were normal.If this happens again I will try what you suggested and let you know.For now I will not do anything.
