I just switched to Verizon from T-Mobile. This is the first time I have had problems with texts. I cannot sent picture messages at all. I get a message saying "invalid destination address." I have tried different methods of sending. I have typed phone numbers in directly instead of using the address book and have tried to send by starting in the camera app and by starting in the text app.
My other issue is that some of the text messages I receive come through as a "You've got a Pix or Flix message, please go to www.vzw.com/newpix-flix-message and sign in to view your message." Invariably, these end up as only a regular text message, no picture or video attached. It happens randomly and appears to have no pattern. It always happens with the same 2 people, but that could be because those are the only two people I text often, so it could be a matter of coincidence because of the randomness of occurance. It also happens every time I do receive a picture message.
Any ideas?
