HDMI & Bluetooth Issues on RAZR

My RAZR recently detects an HDMI connection and prompts me every time i unlock my device to choose what to do next. Of course, there is no HDMI cable and i have never connected a HDMI cable. Also, my bluetooth wont connect. It doesnt even turn on. It just keeps trying to turn on. I did a factory reset and this is still happening. Any suggestions? Thanks

I am currently on my 3rd RAZR MAXX....about to be returned for a 4th...the first one had battery issues. The next one would not hold the blue tooth connection so I returned it and got a 'certified' used phone in return since I was past the 14 days by 3 days. Now this phone will not put out enough of a bluetooth signal for my car to even pick it up...total joke...

I've seen this reported several places. Not sure what's going on. Have you tried starting it in Safe Mode? This will start the phone without loading any of your apps and rule that out as a possible source of the problem. If it doesn't do it in Safe Mode then I would start looking at any recent downloads.

It has also been suggested to try connecting your phone using an HDMI cable and then removing it and/or to remove and reinsert the SIM card.
