Ringtone Assignment

Is anyone else have problems with their ringtones that are assigned? I have a Pantech Breakout and I'm having problems with the ringtones that I have assigned to each person, sometimes their assigned ringtone will ring when they call and other times it rings the default ringtone that I have on the phone. Is this a easy fix or is there something wrong with the phone?

I like to assign contact-specific ringtones as well, so I know who's calling. I would like to ask if you have all the numbers listed for each contact listed in the same spot? For example, are all the numbers for each person listed in their contact (home, work, etc.)? Are there any "1's" included in the listing of their contact? If so, please remove the "1."



I would also like to ask when this started? Is it a new issue?
