Rezound OTA

Can someone please tell me where on the Verizon site I can find any information about this OTA I just got on my Rezound? I'm sure there is some information somewhere and I know they usually post announcements about updates, but I'm having trouble finding it.

Thanks Ann, I think I finally found it in spite of Verizon. They give this information:

"How do I upgrade my device's software?

You will normally be notified if updates are available for software on your device. To see if there is an updated software version available for your device, go to "Support" > "Device"."

Unfortunately, there is no information about the OTA when I got there. I did find a link on another site that takes me to a page where I can download a couple of pdf files.

For some reason, Verizon really doesn't seem to like this phone.

That's one of the pdf files I was referring to. It's just strange to me that Verizon seems so tight lipped about releasing information about updates to the Rezound. That's something that should be announced by Verizon on either their home page, or at least on the Android general content forum since they don't support the Rezound with it's own forum. Having to find information about an update on other Android sites, or having to do a Google search, is ridiculous. Information about the update isn't even at the place Verizon directs you to.

Verizon doesn't have to support all of their phones with forums, but they shouldn't expect people who have purchased phones from them to find out about upgrades from other Android websites. There are posts on other Android sites of people finding that their Rezound has had an upgrade pushed to it that they didn't know anything about. Ridiculous.
