New to high tech. Trying to help son on this phone issue. He forgets or didn't write down his G mail password and needs to retrieve info for new phone. How do you recover a password for g mail?
try to sign in to gmail from a pc and when you enter the wrong password it will give you a prompt for "i forgot my password." then follow the instructions.
