Upgrades

Is anyone else upset about the new 30.00$ charge to upgrade to a new phone. So to upgrade, I am paying for a new phone and then getting locked into a 2 year contract again, and paying additional 30$ and paying to have it turned on? That is a lot of money! I think Verizon should pay me 30$ to keep their service for 2 more years!!

I am very upset with Verizon. All they want to do is nickel and dime us consumers. I will leaving verizon once my contract is up.

Well, they are just staying consistent with other wireless providers whom have had that fee in place for some time now, it is on average 15% lower than anyone but T-mobile, and they are dying out anyway. It is what it it is.

haven't heard about this yet. I don't renew for a few months, yet very frustrated over the mini charges. have 4 phones on my plan. 2 droids, 2 regular. the regular charge went from $10.00 a month to $15.43. what a scam
