Hi, I was wondering if anyone was having issues w/ the syncing of their contacts using backup assistant on their Droid Razor. I have mine set to sync during the middle of the night. It hasn't been able to sync my contacts since Saturday night. it says that I have 83 contacts backed up with 7 pending. I always get the same error message: "Subscription cannot be confirmed at this time. Please contact Verizon customer supper for assistance." I have gone online & see that my contacts are backed up but am wondering what is causing it to not sync each night. Is there anything that I need to do or can do to fix this problem on my phone? I called technical support on Monday about this but they weren't able to help me because I couldn't call from another phone. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If anyone has any help or any advice, I would appreciate it.
