Dear Verizon,
Can I please have my pre-upgrade Rezound back. It was working so well. I never had any problems with my data connection, or the speed. Now however, I can't get 4G. I have a 3G icon, but no arrows and it doesn't do anything. Occasionally I get 1x which is the only thing working, so I suppose I should be grateful. I tried to download an app, but that has been 2 hours now. I'll be lucky to be able to post this. Also, after the update, my network speed dropped dramatically.
Wait a minute, my download just connected via 1x and gave me a message that the application already exists. That's surprising because it doesn't show up anywhere. Not under All Apps, or Settings/Applications. Not even as a Widget. If it exists, where is it?
Congratulations on turning my Rezound into a Thunderbolt. You did the same thing with it. My Thunderbolt started out as a good phone with a good network connection, bu every upgrade made it worse until I finally spent the money to get the Rezound because it had a great network connection. Emphasis on the word "had". I think I just discovered your grand plan. Just keep screwing up our phones with your updates so we'll buy new ones. How about giving us a choice of whether or not to upgrade instead of forcing them on us because a lot of us don't want any more of your upgrades unless it's to revert back to the last one that worked.
I'm not the only one having these problems, but since you don't have a Rezound forum you may not have heard that much about the havoc you've caused. Please feel free to check at some of the Android sites that do have Rezound forums.
I know. I know. Do a Factory Reset. Thank you. Just what I wanted to do with the rest of my night. Rebuild my phone that you broke with your update.
