After sending videos on Razr, there is no sound on the playback of them. The audio plays fine on the phone, but will not play after being downloaded. Any thoughts??
Hi ryanc74! Can you share a few things about these videos? First, does this happen with every video you send or just to certain contacts? Do any of the recipients use Verizon Wireless or are all of them with another carrier? Have you tried downloading any of the videos to a computer and then emailing them? The videos have been sent to an email acct and a phone on the verizon network. The volume is very very faint to the point where most sounds are not heard. Any advice would be appreciated.
