I have a sansung stratosphere that will not connect to my computer via usb. what do i need to do for it to be recognized?
Tap Menu from Home page, tap Settings and look for USB Settings. It gives a few options - Ask on Plug in and USB mode.
Ask on Plug In will prompt you to choose how you want to use it with the USB - Mass storage or Internet Connection. If you tap "Cancel" the phone will simply charge.
