When I get a text with a pic attached, my Bionic asks me to download the pic. Put when I press the download button, nothing happens, and the notification bar shows "text not received". Any ideas why/how to fix?
ericacon78,I would like to help ensure you are receiving all pictures in a timely manner. I recommend rebooting the device (while powered on) by removing the battery and the SIM card, then waiting approximately 15-20 seconds. After, please reinsert the battery and SIM card and power on the phone. You should be able to then receive picture messages just fine. If not, please let me know.
